Select up to 50 PDFs. Each file is checked with veraPDF against PDF/UA-1 before and after our automatic
document-level fix, one file at a time (about 20–90 seconds per file; keep this tab open). You see which files already pass, which pass after the fix, which improve,
and exactly which rules remain — and you can save the table as summary.csv. The triage is free; if you want the fixed files, one payment of
49 € covers the whole batch.
passes unchanged — veraPDF reports no failed PDF/UA-1 rule; nothing to fix.
passes after fix — the automatic fix removes every failed rule.
improved — the fix removes at least one failed rule; the remaining ones are listed.
untagged — needs tagging — the file has no tag structure; tagging is manual work this service does not do.
unchanged — the fix cannot remove any failed rule.
The fix never changes text or layout, does no tagging and writes no alternative text (details and prices for larger batches).
