What happens next

We download the listed PDFs from your website (or ask you for the attachments) and run the automatic document-level fix: title, language, viewer preferences, tagged-PDF flags, tab order, XMP metadata, link descriptions, table-header scope, heading levels and font embedding. It never changes text or layout.
You receive one e-mail with the fixed PDFs and the veraPDF report before → after for each file. Files that need tagging or alternative text are listed as such and are not charged.
The invoice follows as a PDF (with an EN 16931 e-invoice XML on request), 14 days net, with your purchase order number. A VAT ID is optional and never required to buy. If you enter an EU VAT ID, we check it in the EU VIES service before payment: businesses in other EU member states with a VIES-valid VAT ID get the reverse charge (no VAT added). Without a VIES-valid EU VAT ID, VAT is added at checkout according to your billing address where applicable: Finnish VAT 25.5 % for customers in Finland and, as a small seller under the EU one-stop-shop threshold, for customers in other EU countries; no VAT for customers outside the EU.

We keep the order details (organisation, address, e-mail, file addresses, purchase order number) as a customer record with our payment provider Stripe to deliver and invoice the order, as described in the Privacy Policy.
